高职院校发展中亟待解决的问题与对策

Research on issues and methods to be solved during the development of concurrent higher vocational colleges

当前，我国高职院校在发展中存在着一系列问题，重成本，轻战略；重“两头”，轻中间；即：重规模，轻效率；重管理，轻教育；重制度，轻文化；重模仿，轻创新；重行政权力，轻学术权力。要解决这些问题，必须从政府和学校两个层面研究对策。一方面政府要加强指导，严格管理；严格评估，不搞形式；统一人才标准，建立社会考评体系。另一方面，各高职院校要重过程管理，切实提高教学质量；加强校园文化建设，营造良好氛围；大胆创新，锐意改革；加强学生思想政治工作，注重转化。

Nowadays, a series of problems have appeared during the development of higher vocational colleges in China. That is, emphasize static, omit strategy; emphasize begin and end, omit process; emphasize systems, omit culture ; emphasize imitation, omit innovation ; emphasize administrative power, omit academic power. In order to solve these problems ,we should strengthen research in the prospective of governments and schools. As far as governments are concerned, it should strengthen guidance, strict management, strict appreciation, not be combined to appearance. At the same time, governments should norm standard of human resource and construct social appreciation systems. On the other hand, higher vocational colleges has necessity to emphasize process management to enhance teaching quality, strengthen school cultural constriction to cultivate harmonious atmosphere. Moreover, schools should innovate and reform boldly, strengthen students＂ ideal education ,especially emphasize students＂ inland convert.
