摘要
汉代地方财政管理比较健全,实行中央统一调度,郡国、县乡分级管理体制。郡守是郡级财政管理的最高主管官吏,郡守的财政管理主要体现在财政收入、支出的权限上;县级最高财政管理负责人由县令(长)兼任,县令(长)负责主管财政收入、仓储保护等工作;乡里是县以下的财政管理组织。
