摘要
炼钢厂的均衡,连续作业是十分重要的问题。本文首先利用动态规划最优化原理对该问题作了一般性分析。建立了A组各转炉,B组各炼炉,P处供应辅料的各时刻之间的模型。根据所建模型和所给参数值提出了切实可行的工序清单,以及天车和炉子的作业运行图。
By means of the optimality principles of the dynamic programming, this paper has given a general analysis of the coordination and the continual operation in a steel mill. Models have been made of two different groups of converters (Group A and Group B) and the workshop supplying supplementary materials(P) . The article has also offered a feasible list of processes and the operation diagram of the overhaed travelling crane and the furnaces in accordance with the models and the parameters given.
