摘要
目的研制维生素E珍珠霜乳膏并测定其中维生素E的含量。方法以维生素E为主要原料制成乳膏,采用二阶导数光谱法,以维生素E吸收波长295 nm谷峰处的振幅D值作为定量分析信息。结果维生素E质量浓度在60.36~140.84μg/mL范围内与振幅值线性关系良好,方法平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=0.58%。结论制剂处方及制备工艺合理,二阶导数光谱法重现性好,适于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of vitamin E in Pearl and Vitamin E Cream. Methods To take vitamin E as the main material, then to prepare Pearl and Vitamin E Cream, To take the amplitude D value of vitamin E at 295 nm as the quantitative analysis information by second derivative spectrometry. Results The linear range of vitamin E was 60. 36- 140. 84 ug/mL and average recovery rate was 99. 2%, RSD=0. 58%. Conclusion The formulation and preparation technique are rational and the quality is easy to handle by the method of second derivative spectrometry.
