2003—2005年胆结石摘除术住院患者不同付费方式费用构成分析

A Analysis on Constitution of Hospitalization Expense of Extraction of Cholelithiasis in Different Ways of Charge Between 2003 and 2005

目的探讨胆结石摘除术住院患者不同付费方式费用构成和变化情况。方法收集2003—2005年全年肝胆外科采用手术治疗的胆结石患者的病案资料,统计分析其费用构成比例和变化情况。结果不同费用构成中药费所占比例最高,其他依次为手术费、检查费、其他费用、治疗费等。在不同付费方式中军队患者的费用最低,非医保患者的费用最高,2003—2005年平均费用大体上呈增长趋势。结论住院患者的药费和其他医疗费用构成比例不合理,需要有效地利用相关医疗卫生资源去调整。

Objective To analyze the charging constitution of extraction of cholelithiasis for the patients＇ hospitalization expense in different charging ways and its changing status in our hospital between 2003 and 2005. Methods To gather the medical data of the inpatients with cholelithiasis for surgical treatment in the Department of Hepatobiliary in the whole year between 2003 and 2005. To analyze the constitution and changes of the expense. Results In the components of the hospitalization expense, drug expense was the highest, the others were check expense, operation expense and other expense in turn. The army patients＇ expense was the lowest in three ways of charges. During 2003 and 2005 the average expense was increasing too. Conclusion The proportion of the medicinal expenes and the other expense is irrational. So it is necessary to adjust the inpatients＇ expense by using the other medical and health resources.
