87例药物疑似不良反应报告分析

Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions Report in 87 Cases

目的了解医院药物不良反应(ADR)发生特点,促进临床合理用药。方法对四川省宜宾市第二人民医院2004年3月至2006年6月收集的87份ADR报告,就患者基本情况、ADR的临床表现与涉及药品等方面进行统计分析。结果87例患者中抗微生物药物引起的ADR 38例(占33．33%),表现为皮肤及其附件损伤的较多,共42例(占35．6%)。结论医院相关专业技术人员应重视ADR监测工作,促进临床合理用药。

Objective To investigate the feature of adverse drug reactions（ADR） for facilitating the rational use of drug in our hospital. Methods The clinical manifestation, category of 87 cases for drug adverse reactions in our hospital from March, 2004 to June, 2006 were analyzed. Results 87 cases of ADR were reviewed. Among them, 38 cases were induced by antibiotic（33.33%）,42 cases showed cutaneous injury（35.6% ）. Conclusion The technologist in hospital should attach the stress to monitoring ADR for facilitating the rational use of clinical drug.
