社会工作反歧视视角在流动儿童心理健康中的运用

Exceeding the Discrimination:The Use of Anti-Discriminatory Practice of Social Work In Mental Health on Movable Children

当前广大农民工在城市中正当社会权益普遍缺位的背景下,流动儿童在受教育过程中也经常面临着恶劣的就读环境以及某些城市人群的不友好对待,加上令人堪忧的生存状况,极易引发一些心理健康问题,迫切需要社会工作的介入和解决。社会工作反歧视视角突破了其他社会工作理论的视野局限,采用结构主义取向,对社会工作如何干预流动儿童心理健康提供了有效的溯源分析、价值判断和实践模式,并在运用过程中结合实际界定了清晰的工作思路,发展出具体的工作方法。

Nowadays, under the background that civil rights＇ commonly absence happens towards the movable farmers in city, their children called movable children are always suffered from bad educational environment and treated unfriendly by some urban people. In addition, they live in a worrisome condition. All of these may have easily produced mental problems which need intervention and solution from social work. The anti-discriminatory practice, one of social work＇ s important theories, has a breakthrough on researching insights compared with other theories on this issue. Through a standpoint of Structuralism, it provides how social work intervenes the movable children＇s mental problems with reasonable analysis, value holding, and practice pattern. Meanwhile, it also clarifies the exercise mode and develops detailed exercise methods in the practical process.
