雍正朝河政述论

Commentary on the Administration of River Conservancy during the Reign of Emperor Yongzheng

通过对雍正朝黄河水患、河官队伍整饬、河工经费支出和工程建设的研究,以及对职官设置、修防条例、考成保固等河工制度建设的探讨,对雍正朝河政给予充分肯定,同时又指出其历史局限。

This paper fully affirms the administration of river conservancy during the reign of Emperor Yongzheng through the researching into the situation from four sides： the flood of the Yellow River, the rectification of the officials, the expenditure of river works and the construction of the river projects, as well as the construction of institutions which concludes the official establishment, the regulations of repair and precaution, the rules to assess the work of officials and keep the bank consolidate, etc. Finally, the historical limitation of Emperor Yongzheng＇s administration of river conservancy is shown.
