摘要
文章首先提出在家庭成员之间广泛存在的利他主义具有方向性、阶段性特征,并对这些特征的含义进行详细分析。在此基础上刻画了利他主义行为的有效性、家庭生产能力和家庭规模三者之间的关系,以及这种关系和利他主义行为特征对我国家族企业管理模式演变的影响,并根据利他主义的变动提出相应的家族企业管理模式。
This article analyzes the characters of the altruism in Chinese family, which include orientation and stages. Then it studies not only the relationship among the effectiveness of altruism, family productivity, and family scale, but also the effect which that relationship and those characters of altruism on family enterprise management model. Finally, the paper proposes models accordingly.
