社会责任投资的发展及在我国倡导的意义

CSR Investment and its Promotion in China

社会责任投资是将传统的衡量风险与报酬投资模式,加上社会道德、伦理等视角的一种新型投资方式,是希望在追求利润的同时,促进建立一个可持续发展的和谐社会环境。实践证明,社会责任投资之报酬率在长期看来并不比传统投资方式差,甚至还有所超越。我国转型时期,需要坚持可持续发展,若能大力发展并引入国外伦理基金投资模式,必能对我国资本市场和经济和谐发展产生积极影响。

Socially Responsible Investment （SRI） is a new alternative investment which adds ethics into the traditional financial investment which focus on risk and return only. It hopes to build up a better and sustainable society while pursuing the rate of return at the same time. Socially Responsible Investment is going to become the mainstream in financial investment in both USA and Europe. It adopts 3 strategies： screening, shareholder advocacy and community investing. Many researches have approved that in long-term point of view the rate of return of ethical funds outperform that of non-ethical funds. The government could encourage Socially Responsible Investment to perfect the structure of capital market and society.
