全二维气相色谱飞行时间质谱分析烤烟半挥发性中性化学成分 被引量:18

Analysis of semi-volatile neutral chemical constituents in flue-cured tobacco by GC×GC-TOFMS

摘要 用全二维气相色谱飞行时间质谱(GC×GC-TOFMS)和GC-MS分析了同时蒸馏萃取得到的烤烟中性组分,建立了烟草挥发性、半挥发性中性化学成分分析的GC×GC-TOFMS方法。以云南楚雄产云烟85C3F烟叶为例,进行了GC×GC-TOFMS与GC-MS在分离能力、灵敏度和族分离方面的对比,结果显示:①GC×GC-TOFMS的灵敏度提高了10-82倍;②GC×GC-TOFMS的分离能力大大提高,在1DGC-MS上峰形很好的一个峰,被GC×GC-TOFMS分离出8种成分,因此定量更加准确;③C1、C2、C3、C4取代萘因性质不同而在全二维谱图上明显地分为不同的族。可见,GC×GC-TOFMS在分离、定性定量和族分离方面与GC-MS相比有明显的优势;④比较了国内6个主要烟叶产地云烟85的部分半挥发性中性成分的含量,结果显示:烟草中性化学成分的含量与各产地的土壤、气候条件有关,以湖北恩施最高,其次是云南楚雄、贵州遵义、河南内乡、福建连城、山东安丘,但总量相差不大。 Neutral fraction in flue-cured tobacco extracted by SDE was analyzed by GC x GC-TOFMS and GC-MS while operation conditions were optimized. Yunyan 85 (C3 F), a flue-cured tobacco cultivar,.was used to analyze and compare separability, sensibility, and group classification capacity of GC x GC-TOFMS with those of GC-MS. Results showed that GC x GC-TOFMS was more accurate than GC-MS in qualifying unknown constituents so that a peak in 1DGC-MS spectrum was isolated into 6 peaks in GC × GC-TOFMS spectrum. The sensibility of GC × GC-TOFMS was 10 to 55 times higher than that of GC-Ms. The group classification capacity was also discussed in analyzing C1-C4 alkyl-substituted naphthalenes. The content of neutral constituents in Yunyan 85 in 6 main tobacco growing areas were compared. Results showed that the content was affected by soil and weather conditions. However, there were no obvious differences in total content. The highest content was in Enshi of Hubei province, followed by Chuxiong of Yunnan province, Zunyi of Guizhou province, Neixiang of Henan province, Liancheng of Fujian province, and Anqiu of Shandong province.
