摘要 了解消费者购物心理,更好地满足消费者需求,是零售企业在瞬息万变的市场竞争中立于不败之地的根本。本研究针对宁德市城区消费者的购物行为进行调查,根据有关的宁德市人口统计资料分析、顾客购买行为分析,结合此次测评的目标所设计的内容,形成了基本评价指标,分析影响消费者选择超市的动因,深入剖析当地的超市消费者的消费心理和行为,揭示了需要引起零售企业管理者重视的细节,构成了零售企业满足顾客需求,支撑企业健康、持久发展的基础。 It is the core for the retail trade to win in the fast changing market competition that understands the consumers' shopping psychology and meets their needs well. According to the analysis of relative Ningde City's population statistic materials, and of the customers' shopping behavior, and according to an investigation, I formed the basic appraisal target. I analyzed the cause that the consumer chooses the supermarket and gives a profound analysis of the local supermarket consumer" s expense psychology and behavior, and reveal the details which the retail sales enterprise must take care of. All of them form the basis of tile enterprise to meet the consumers' demands, and have a healthy and lasting development.
