Abstract In author's opinion,the theory that materialized labour and alive labour jointly create value can't hold,it is not contradictory between labour theory and production of tertiary industry.In research on the theory of national accounts,we should form the outlook of composite production,uphold labour theory,seek the theory of flow circle of national economy and develop Maxist theory of social re production,only so,can we further improve our theoretical system.
