摘要 广义水资源合理配置的目的是实现广义水资源在经济系统和生态系统中的合理分配,本文根据广义水资源合理配置的内涵、目标、研究框架、调控体系等,开发了广义水资源合理配置模型(WACM),该模型由水资源合理配置、水循环模拟和水环境模拟模块组成。WACM模型通过采用层层嵌套、逐步细化的模拟机制,以及不同尺度模型之间分解和聚合的信息交互方式,实现区域水量-水环境-水循环过程的动态配置与模拟,保证广义水资源在经济社会和生态环境系统间分配的合理性。模型可实现全口径供需平衡分析,有效拓展了传统集总式配置模型的功效,并通过经济、生态、环境和水循环响应的合理性检验,可以及时反馈和调整广义水资源合理配置方案,保证广义水资源配置的合理性。 Based on the theory of rational deployment of generalized water resources a model for describing the rational deployment of generalized water resources is developed. The model consists of three modules : the rational water resources deployment module, water cycle simulation module and water environment simulation module. By applying the hierarchical simulation mechanism and information interchange method for analyzing and reorganizing the information of different scale models the proposed model can be used to simulate the regional variation process of water quantity, water environment and water cycling dynamically. Thus, the rational deployment of generalized water resources adapting both the requirements of economy and ecology is realized. The model can be use to analyze the balance of supply and demand in full scale and effectively extends the function of traditional lumped deployment model. The deployment scheme must be adjusted in time according to the feedback information from the rationality test of response to economy, ecology environment and water cycle to ensure the rationality of deployment.
