摘要
自生动态膜生物反应器中侧下方曝气的主要作用是提供氧气和保证反应器内水流处于旋流状态,正下方曝气的作用是提供动态膜表面错流,阻止污染物在膜表面沉积,延缓动态膜的污染,提高运行稳定性。但正下方曝气也会造成对动态膜的侧向挤压,使动态膜泥饼趋于致密,导致出水通量迅速下降。采用曝气强度为16m3/m2.h侧下方曝气,运行20min后追加10m3/m2.h的正下方曝气,反应器处于最佳运行状态。
In a self-forming dynamic membrane bio-reactor, the inferior-side aeration takes an main role in providing oxygen and assuring a rotational flow state ; the right lower aeration takes a role in providing surface cross flow of dynamic membrane to block pollutants from sedimenting on membrane surface, lessen pollution of the dynamic membrane, but the right lower aeration would also cause side-squeezing against the dynamic membrane to make sludge cake trend to compactness, leading to water flux lowering quickly. Adopting inferior-side aeration with aeration strength of 16m^3/m^2·h, and after operating for 20 min, additional right lower aeration stregth of 10m^3/m^2·h, made the reactor to be in the optimal state.
