摘要
对处理后的生活污水作为火电厂循环冷却水的再处理方法与工艺流程进行了研究,分析了影响生活污水用作火电厂循环冷却水效果的因素,并对经处理后的生活污水在2台12MW的燃煤机组上进行了工业性试验。研究结果表明,生活污水经过合理的处理和工艺优化以后,完全能够满足火电厂循环冷却水的要求,不仅降低了火电厂循环冷却水的取水费用,而且减少了生活污水对环境的污染,具有实际的推广应用价值。
The re-treatment methods and technological process for domestic sewage after treating used as circulating cooling water of thermal power plant was studied.The factors affecting the domestic sewage used as circulating cooling water in power plant were analysed,meanwhile an industrial test on domestic sewage after treating used for 2 units of 12 MW coal-fired machine sets was done.The test results showed that,after reasonable processing and technological optimization,the treated domestic sewage could fully met the requirements of circulating cooling water in power plant.It not only lowers the cost of circulating cooling water in power plant, but lessens the environmental pollution of domestic sewage,possessing practically applicable value.
