在铁路即将实施第六次大面积提速,对运输安全提出更高要求的形势下,西安铁路局认真分析货运管理中存在的问题,从货物装载加固、货运检查、危险货物运输、专用线整治、提高职工素质等方面严格加强管理,同时创新生产组织方式,实施集约化经营战略,提高运输效率,更好地服务于运输生产。

Under the situation of the sixth round of railway large-scale speed-up and more requirements for traffic safety, Xi’an Railway Administration analyzes the problems of freight management, and puts forward that following aspects should be strictly managed: reinforcement of goods loading, inspection of freight transportation, dangerous goods traffic, renovation of special lines and increase of staff quality. At the same time, the Railway Administration should innovate the production organization mode, implement intensive operation strategy, increase traffic efficiency and finally support transport service better.
