摘要 以江村站货运营销工作的实践为背景,分析了当前铁路基层站段货场开展货运营销工作的现状与存在的问题,总结江村站开展货运营销工作的经验,并就完善铁路营销机制、强化营销意识、培训营销队伍等方面提出了建议。 Taking the freight marketing of Jiangcun Station as example, the essay analyzes the current status and problems on developing freight marketing based on the freight yards of basic stations & depots, summarizes the marketing experiences of Jiangcun Station and finally puts forward suggestions on improving railway marketing mechanism, enhancing marketing awareness and cultivating marketing talents.
