吹吸式回风过滤器除尘系统的优化参数分析

Analyzing on Optimum Parameters of Dust Removing Air Flow in a Push-Pull Air Return Filter

本文对吹吸式回风过滤器作了简要的介绍，提出了其除尘系统的主要优化参数有除尘速度、吹吸风口宽度、吹吸风口距滤网的距离、吹吸嘴的结构、吹吸流量比等五个参数，并为这些参数提出了优化途径。

Abstract In this article,push-pull air return filter is introduced. It is shown that the main optimum parameters in a dust removing system including: dust removing velocity, wide of the hoods, distance from hood to filter,structure of the hood,the flow rate ratio between push and pull flow,and so on. At the same time,the author found a way to optimize these parameters.
