摘要 在转盘式磨蚀试验台上,对Ni60+25%WC和Ni60+35%WC涂层进行了冲蚀磨损试验,结果表明:在加入量25%~35%范围内,WC加入量的变化对涂层的耐冲蚀性能的影响不大,两种涂层的冲蚀磨损机理主要是微切削。 A rotary-disc type erosion-wear test rig was performed to evaluate the erosion-wear behavior of two kinds of fused nickel alloy based self- fluxing coatings, Ni60 +25%WC and Ni60 + 35%WC. The effect of the addition dosage of WC on the erosionwearbehavior of the Ni alloy-based composite coatings was investigated , while the erosion - wear mechanisms of the coatings were primarily discussed as well. It was found that the variation in the addition dosage of WC, within a range of 25 % - 35 % (mass fraction) , led to little change in the erosion-wear behavior of the Ni alloy-based composite coatings, and both the two kinds of Ni alloy-based composite coatings were dominated by micro - cutting under the selected testing conditions.
