含杂棉结初探

本文通过在梳棉生条取样、观察证实了含杂棉结的存在，含杂棉结约占棉结总数的１１％左右。提出在开清棉工序中采用金属针布的梳针对棉簇进行开松、梳理的以梳代打的新工艺，经德国赫格特·霍林斯沃思公司在开清棉机上以梳代打分梳元件的应用，可减少含杂棉结，除杂效率可以达到８５．５％左右。

Abstract Having sampled the card sliver,proved trash nep are 11% in nep number,the paper shows us newprocess which wire card clothing is used to open cotton tuft in opening and cleaning process,andpoints out that carding element is used by Germany Hergeth Hollingsworth Company in openingand cleaning machine,beating replaced by carding,can reduce trash nep,reach trash extraction efficiency to 85%.
