摘要
本文根据半制品纤维伸直度、条干均匀度及成纱条干均匀度、重量CV%值试验及长期生产实验资料,提出普梳系统与精梳系统,由于工艺流程不同,并条工序的任务也不同。在普纱系统中提高纤维伸直度的关键工序是并条工序。而在精梳系统中,提高纤维伸直度的关键工序是精梳工序,精梳后的并条工序的工艺配置应以提高条子条干均匀度,确保一个无粘连的光滑棉条喂入到后道工序为目的。
Abstract According to fibre straightness and evenness of semi-product,evenness and weightness CV% ofyarn data test and long-term production & test data,the writer points out that drawing process assignments are different in carding system and combing system,due to different process lines. Thekey process improving fibre straightness is drawing process in carding system,however,in combing system,is combing process. Drawing process after combing should be for the purpose of improving sliver evenness,ensuring well condition sliver feeding into later process.
