摘要
研制了一种采用固定光栅分光,线阵CCD检测器检测的新型芝麻油掺假速测仪,阐述了其工作原理以及软硬件设计,并将其应用于实际样品的测定。
A novel fast analyzer of gingili analyzer, which employs a fix holographic grating and a linear charge coupled device （CCD） array as the light dispersion system and the detector, was developed. The analyzer＇ s principle and the designs of hardware and software were introduced also.
