Analysis on the Causes of Smelting Furnace Scalding Accidents and the Prevention Countermeasures

电炉铁合金生产成品的全过程中,岗位操作人员受环境、安全意识、技能水平等影响,灼烫事故时有发生。以所用企业近6年的事故实例,总结分析其原因;以人为本,加强安全管理,严格安全操作规程,改善环境,增强辨识危害因素的能力,提出了如何预防灼烫伤的防范对策。

Scalding accidents often happen in the ferroalloy production because of environment, safety awareness and skill level. In this paper the accidents cases in recent six years in the enterprise are summarized and the causes are analyzed; some prevention measures are put forward, such as taking human as the core, to strengthen safety management, seriously obey the operation rules, and improve the environment and the ability of hazard identification.
