经尿道汽化电切术治疗浅表性膀胱癌31例

Transurethral electrovaporization for treatment of superficial bladder cancer in 31 patients

目的:探讨经尿道汽化电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法:对31例浅表性膀胱癌患者行经尿道汽化电切术治疗。结果:30例膀胱肿瘤1次切除,1例较大的多发性膀胱肿瘤分2次切除,随访1-24个月,肿瘤复发8例。结论:经尿道汽化电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤具有手术简单、损伤小、出血少、恢复快、疗效好等优点。

Objective：To investigate the curative effects of transurethral electrovaporization in treatment of superficial bladder tumor （TUVBT）. Methods：TUVBT was performed in thirty-one patients with superficial bladder carcinoma. Results：The tumor was resected once for thirty patients, The multiple tumors were resected twice in one patient. Thirty-one patients were followed up for 1 month to 24 months. Recurrence occurred in eight patients with the recurrent rate at 25.8%. Conclusions：TUVBT have many advantages such as simple operation,less invasiveness, less blood loss, faster recover and good curative effects.
