血管球瘤10例诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of glomus tumor:A report of 10 cases

目的:探讨血管球瘤的诊断及治疗。方法:对10例血管球瘤患者施行血管球瘤切除手术。结果:10例术后症状均消失,经病理检查证实临床诊断。平均随访38个月,无复发病例。结论:血管球瘤具有典型的临床表现,诊断并不困难,手术切除肿瘤是治疗该病的有效方法。

Objective：To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of glomus tumor. Methods：Ten patients with glomus tumor were all treated with operation. Results：After tumor excision,all 10 patients had total pain relief. The diagnosis of glomus tumor was confirmed by pathology in all the patients. Postoperative follow-up averaged 38 months and there were no recurrence. Conclusions ：Due to the specific clinical presentation of glomus tumor,it is not difficult to be diagnosed. The operation appears to be the most effective way to treat the disease.
