The numerical simulation of multistory formwork supports system in different kinds of structure

摘要 多层模板支撑体系是一个模板支架与主体结构之间相互作用、共同工作的支撑体系.考虑到在实际的混凝土结构中主要有框架与框剪两种不同的结构体系,而力的分配在不同的结构体系中有着很大的差异,从而引起力在支撑以及楼板中分配的变化.介于此分析,根据实际工程中的实测结果,在确定合理数值模型的基础上,采用大型有限元软件ANSYS着重研究了框架结构与框剪结构两种不同的结构体系下的多层模板支撑体系中支撑轴力与楼板内力的特点,并得出了一些结论,供工程人员参考. The multistory formwork supports system is a supporting system of interaction and cooperation between the form structure and major structure. In fact there are mainly two kinds of concrete structures, the frame structure and the frame-shear wall structure. The distribution of forces on the different structures will result in the variation of force distribution in supports and floors. Baed on the measured results and rational numerical model, the characteristics of axial force of supports and internal force of floor in the multistory formwork supports system which involves the frame structure and frame-share wall sturcture have been studied using the finite element software ANSYS. At last, the paper shows some conclusions for builders.
