摘要 制备了空心玻璃微珠填充低密度片状模塑料(SMC),研究了玻璃微珠用量对SMC密度、力学性能及热性能的影响。结果表明:玻璃微珠质量分数在40%左右时,SMC密度为1.22g/cm3左右,比普通SMC降低30%左右,但强度随密度降低也逐渐下降。在无其他矿物填料的条件下,SMC热变形温度随玻璃微珠用量增大而有所提高。 The low density SMC filled with glass microballon was prepared. The effect the content of the glass microballon on the density, mechanical properties and thermal property of the SMC was studied. The resuits indicated when the mass fraction of the glass microballon was 40% or so, the density of the SMC was approximately 1.22 g/cm^3, being about 30% lower than that of the common SMC, but the intensity decreased gradually with the decrease of the density. Under the condition of no other mineral fillers, the heat distortion temperature of the SMC rose with the increase of the content of the glass microballon.
