摘要 采用无机阻燃剂Mg(OH)2制备了阻燃聚烯烃弹性体POE,着重考察了Mg(OH)2用量对复合材料力学性能、阻燃性能、耐热性能、结晶性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明:Mg(OH)2用量的增加能够提高复合材料的氧指数,改善其水平燃烧和垂直燃烧效果,但仅在Mg(OH)2质量分数为65%时才能达到最佳的阻燃效果。大量填充未改性Mg(OH)2会导致复合材料力学性能的急剧恶化,适当的表面改性可提高其力学性能。Mg(OH)2能够显著提高复合材料的耐热性能,Mg(OH)2对POE具有异相成核作用。Mg(OH)2用量较大时,复合材料的储能模量和黏度都显著提高。 Magnesium Hydroxide (Mg(OH)2) was used as halogen-free flame retardant in the preparation of flame retardant polyolefin elastomer ( POE ), with the emphasis on the effect of the content of Mg (OH)2 on the mechanical properties, flame retardance, heat resistance, crystallinity and processability of the flame retardant composite. The results showed the increase of the content of Mg (OH) 2 could increase the LOI of the composite and upgrade the horizontal and vertical combustion grades of the composite. Only when the mass fraction of Mg(OH) 2 was 65%, the flame retardation of the composite was the optimum. Filling of great amount of untreated Mg(OH) 2 would lead to rapid decrease of the mechanical properties of the composite, while proper treatment of Mg(OH) 2 could improve the mechanical properties of the composite. Mg(OH) 2 could improve the heat resistance of the composite and had obvious heterogeneous nucleation for POE. When great amount of Mg( OH)2 was filled to the composite, the modulus of the energy storage and the viscosity of the composite increased obviously.
