大肠癌COX-2和BFGFR表达与Dukes分期,淋巴结转移之间的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究COX-2、BFGFR在大肠癌中的表达和相互作用,以及它们与大肠癌Dukes分期,淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测了49例手术切除的大肠癌及20例大肠增生性息肉组织中的COX-2、BFGFR表达。结果:COX-2、BFGFR在大肠癌中的表达阳性率分别为59.2%、65.3%,而增生性息肉的表达率分别为30.0%、35.0%,COX-2、BFGFR在大肠癌组织与增生性息肉中表达均有显著性差异。COX-2、BFGFR在大肠癌中表达分别与肿瘤Dukes分期、淋巴结转移之间具有显著性差异。大肠癌组织中COX-2、BFGFR表达二者间无相关性。结论:大肠癌组织中的COX-2、BFGFR表达水平增高,参与了大肠癌的发生发展过程,与大肠癌的预后有关,但二者的表达无相关性,提示它们在大肠癌的发生发展中所起的作用不同,是相互独立的作用因子。 Objective:To study the expression and interaction of Cyclooxygefiase-2 (COX-2) and basic fibroblast growth factor receptor (BFGFR) in carcinoma of the colon and rectum and the relationship between both COX-2 and BFGFR expression and Dukes stages and Iymphaden metastasis. Methods :49 intestinal biopsy specimens were taken from patients with carcinoma of the colon and rectum and 20 hyperplastic polyp of intestine for controls ,the expression of COX-2 and BFGFR were detected by immunohistochemical staining(SP method). Results: The positive rates of COX-2 and BFGFR were 59, 2 %, 65, 3 % in carcinoma of the colon and rectum respectively, and 30, 0 %, 35.0 % in hyperplastic polyp of intestine respectively, The positive rates of COX-2 and BFGFR were significantly differente between carcinoma group and polyp group of intestine. There was significant correlation among the expression of COX-2 and BFGFR and Dukes stage,lymph node metastasis, there was no significant relationship between the COX-2 and BFGFR expression. Conclusions: Excessive expression of COX-2 and BFGFR in carcinoma of the colon and rectum participates in carcinogenesis and development; COX-2 and BFGFR are related to prognosis; COX-2 was independent of BFGFR in carcinoma of the colon and rectum .
