摘要
一次调频功能对维持电网频率的稳定至关重要,对于调频备用容量不足的区域电网,仅靠调速器进行一次调频可能满足不了频率质量要求。以受端系统调频备用容量可能不足的两区域交直流并联系统为研究对象,首先提出HVDC辅助一次调频的概念,然后利用重叠分解法和特征值分析法设计HVDC辅助一次调频控制器,并通过仿真检验HVDC辅助一次调频的可行性。
The primary frequency regulation is an important means to maintain the frequency stability of power systems. However, in case of insufficient reserve capacity of frequency regulation, it can not satisfy the frequency quality only by the governing system for primary frequency regulation. A case of two areas via a paralleled AC-DC link is discussed, and the conception of auxiliary primary frequency regulation of HVDC links is proposed. The methods of overlapped decomposition and eigenvalue assignment were used to design the auxiliary primary frequency regulation controller. Simulation results prove that the auxiliary primary frequency regulation of HVDC links is feasible and the dynamic characteristics of the grid frequency can be improved effectively.
