摘要
通过对肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量的测定,认为不同类型的酒对肝组织有不同程度地损伤。通过比较确定了和酒中的营养成分对酒精性肝损伤有一定的辅助保护作用。
It was considered that different wines damaged liver at different levels by the content determination of malondialdehyde （MDA） and reduced glutathione （GSH） in hepatic tissue. With comparison, it was showed that the nutrients in He wine had auxiliary protective effects on alcoholic liver damage.
