头皮多发性家族性毛发上皮瘤的临床和遗传分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的了解头皮多发性家族性毛发上皮瘤(MFT)的临床表现和遗传特点。方法对收集的1个MFT家系中17名患者进行系统的临床和遗传学总结分析。结果①典型表现为头皮散在分布多个质韧结节,与正常皮肤颜色一致,粟粒至黄豆大;②头皮MFT呈常染色体显性遗传;③无性别差异;④成年发病,平均发病年龄为20.5岁;⑤个别病例可快速生长,破溃和恶变。结论本病有家族史,为常染色体显性遗传病,单个发病少见,无性别差异,典型表现为头皮散在分布多个质韧结节,粟粒至黄豆大,与正常皮肤颜色一致,个别病例可快速生长并破溃恶变。
