随着大功率采掘机械的发展,针对采掘机械齿轮传动的恶劣工况,有必要对齿轮设计选材、热处理工艺、机械加工、齿轮变位等方面进行分析探讨,以便提高齿轮强度、韧性和承载能力。
With the development of powerful coal mining machinery, direct to the shortcomings of gear drive it is neccery to make an analysis of gear material selection, heat treatement process, gear machining, gear modification so as to increase intensity, toughness and lead ability of gear.
