骨髓间充质干细胞对急性肾小管坏死修复作用的研究进展

摘要 一、骨髓间充质干细胞的生物学特性 骨髓内干细胞可分为造血干细胞和间充质干细胞。间充质干细胞(mesen—chymal stem cells,MSC)在维持造血干细胞的存活、增殖、分化具有重要的作用,它占骨髓有核细胞的0.001%~0.01%。MSC在体外培养时贴壁生长,其形态与成纤维细胞相似,呈克隆性增生。20%的MSC为G0期细胞,具有强大的增殖能力。目前发现,MSC为CD34+细胞,它可表达SH2、SH3、
