Rb基因产物与胰腺癌的生物学特性及预后关系的研究

为了探讨Ｒｂ蛋白（ＰＲｂ），与胰腺癌的肿瘤生物学行为及临床预后的关系，应用抗Ｒｂ基因产物多克隆抗体（Ｒｂｃ－１５）对胰腺癌（７６例）和慢性胰腺炎（２３例）等进行免疫组化（ＡＢＣ法）染色。实验结果：ＰＲｂ阴性（即核染色缺乏）表达率在胰腺癌为３５．５％，淋巴结转移为５０％，明显高于在癌旁组织（１２．５％），慢性胰腺炎（８．７％）和正常胰腺（０％）的表达。ＰＲｂ阳性表达组的胰腺癌患者生存期明显高于阴性表达组。结果提示，ＰＲｂ的表达与胰腺癌的生物学特性及预后密切相关。

TheexpressionofRbprotein(PRb)intissuesofchronicpancreatitis(n=23)andpancreaticcarcinoma(n=76)weredetectedbyimmunohistochemicalstainingwithpolyclonalantibody.Resultsshowedthattherateofnegativestainingwas35.5%* inpancreaticcancer:50%* inthosewithlymophnodesmetastasiswhichweresignificantlyhigherthanthatintissueadjacenttocancer(1.5%*?,andinchronicpancreatitis(8.7%* )aswellasinnormals(0%* ).ThesurvivalperiodofpatientswithpositivePRbexpressionorinwhomthecancershadbeenremoved,wassignificantlylongerthanthosewithnegativeexpression.ItsuggeststhatthereisclosedrelationshipbetweenRbexpressionandthebiologicalcharacteristicsaswellasprognosisinpancreatlccarcinoma.
