摘要
目的初步探讨内皮素-1在大鼠实验性牙髓炎中的作用。方法建立大鼠实验性牙髓炎模型,用免疫组化法及图像分析技术检测正常牙髓及牙髓炎即刻组、1d组、3d组、5d组、7d组牙髓中内皮素-1的表达。结果免疫组化显示正常牙髓组织中存在内皮素-1,内皮素-1在炎症组比正常组表达增强,光密度值增高,在炎症组第3天达到高峰,到第7天逐渐减少,总体差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论与正常牙髓组织相比,炎症牙髓组织中内皮素-1表达增强,提示内皮素-1在牙髓炎发展过程中起一定作用。
Objective To investigate the expressions of endothelin- 1(ET-1) in experimental rat pulpitis. Methods Model of experimental rat pulpitis was established and ET-1 expression was analyzed by immunohistochemistry and image analysis technique in normal dental pulp and pulpitis pulp at 0 day, 1 day, 3 days, 5 days, 7days. Results Image analysis showed that normal dental pulp tissue exhibited a small quantity of ET-1. Expression of ET-1 in pulpitis was stronger than that of normal pulp. In pulpitis group, ET-1 reached the highest at day 3 and decreased gradually. There was significant difference ( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion It's suggested that ET-1 had a significant increase in the experiment pulpitis compared with normal dental pulp and ET-1 may play roles in the processing of dental pulpitis.
