摘要
介绍了宝钢4#高炉采用高导热、高强度石墨砖内衬结构技术。为了减缓热负荷冲击和热应力对高炉炉身内衬的蚀损,宝钢新建的4#高炉在炉身下部至风口以上的区域采用了特殊的设计方式和内衬结构形式,配置了国产的高导热、高强度石墨砖。
The structure technology was introduced by discussing the application of graphite bricks for No. 4 BF in Baosteel,due to their high thermal conductivity and high strength. Special design and lining structure composed of high conductive and strength graphite bricks are adopted for the zone from lower stack to upper tuyere of the newly built No. 4 BF in order to relieve the erosion of thermal shock and thermal stress.
