摘要 根据国外超高增压柴油机降低压缩比的实例,论证了低压缩比高增压试验研究工作的必要性,介绍了本研究试验装置的建立、试验台的总布置、试验工况调整方法、试验结果分析及试验达到的水平。在国内首次成功地实现了压缩比低到7,平均指示压力高达2.62MPa的低压缩比高增压的单缸模拟试验。 The necessity of experimental investigation is proved by using the example of reduction of pressrue ratio in the hyper turbocharging at abroad.The construction of test equipment,arrangement of testbed,the adjusting method of test conditions,the analysis of test results and the level of the test are introduced also.The simulated test for low pressure ratio and high turbocharging of a single cylinder diesel,reducing the pressure ratio to 7 and increasing the mean indicated pressure to 2.62 MPa has been realized successfully in China at first.Therefore,it is confirmed that established test equipment is suitable and effective.
