代谢综合征与血脂异常及超敏C反应蛋白水平的关系 被引量:11

Association of metabolic syndrome with dyslipidaemia and C-reactive protein level

摘要 在江苏省多代谢异常和代谢综合征(MS)综合防治研究中的2330名研究对象就各脂因子水平分布等分成5组后,经多因素调整,发现脂因子与MS的OR中除低密度脂蛋白胆固醇以外均有统计学意义,尤其是发现一些非MS组分的脂指标,而超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)并未达到统计学意义。提示除了MS组分的血脂因子外,非MS组分的脂指标对MS的发生、发展可能有重要影响,而hsCRP与MS的联系较脂因子弱。 In this study, 2 330 subjects from the Project of Multiple Metabolic Disorders and Metabolic Syndrome (MS) were assigned to 5 groups depending on the lipid factor determination. After multifactor adjustment, OR of these lipid factors to MS except LDL-C and the ones not included in the definition of MS showed statistical significance. The highly sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) was not significant. This finding indicates that the lipid factors not included in the definition of MS may also contribute to the development of MS, and that hsCRP may have weaker connection with MS.
