摘要
目的:研究半导体量子点(QDs)对口腔鳞癌BcaCD885细胞的生长、侵袭、粘附和趋化运动能力的影响。方法:①用不同浓度的QDs与BcaCD885共培养,观察QDs对BcaCD885细胞生长的影响;②用QDs标记BcaCD885细胞(BcaCD885/QDs),然后用transwell小室法和冲刷实验,观察BcaCD885/QDs细胞侵袭、粘附和趋化运动能力的变化。结果:①不同浓度的QDs均未影响BcaCD885细胞的生长情况;②BcaCD885/QDs细胞和BcaCD885细胞的侵袭、粘附和趋化运动能力无显著性差异(P﹥0.05)。结论:用QDs标记BcaCD885细胞后不影响其生长、侵润和转移能力,为半导体量子点在活体生理条件下用于肿瘤学的研究提供了科学依据。
Objective:To study the effect of semiconductor quantum dots (QDs)on growth, invasion and metastasis of BcaCD885 cancer cell line. Methods: ① Different concentrations of QDs was applied to BcaCD885 cells, and the cell growth of control and three test groups were compared respectively; ② BcaCD885 cells were labeled by QDs (BcaCD885/QDs), then transwell chambers and wash way were used to dectect the difference of invasion and metastasis ability between BcaCD885/QDs and BcaCD885 cells. Results:① Different concentrations of QDs showed no negative effects on growth of BcaCD885 cells;②The ability of invasion,attachment and motive of BcaCD885 cells were not significantly different between test and control group(P〉0.05). Conclusion:QDs show no effect on cytobiological behavior of living BcaCD885 cells.
