改良矩形推进瓣甲床扩大术治疗外伤性甲床缺损

Use of modified rectangular advance flap and nail bed augumentation surgery for repairing the defect of nail bed after injury

目的应用改良的矩形推进瓣甲床扩大术治疗外伤性甲床部分缺损。方法20例患者共24指运用改良的矩形推进皮瓣后移甲皱襞，使甲根外露，达到指甲延长的效果。指腹缺损运用V-Y皮瓣或推进皮瓣等修复。结果术后随访3～14个月，平均6个月。扩大后的指甲生长良好。结论改良矩形推进瓣甲床扩大术是一种有效的弥补甲床缺损，改善指甲外观的方法。

Objective To evaluated a modified rectangular advance flap method for nail bed augumentation. Methods Twenty-four fingers were treated with this technique within 2 years. The modified rectangular advance flap was a technique, in which a backward placation of the nail wall was used to expose the nail root and lengthen the visible part of the nail, and the wound was covered with V-Y push flap or sliding skin flap. Results The postoperative follow-up period was 3 to 14 months and good results were gained. Conclusion The modified rectangular advance flap is an easy and reliable technique to enhance the final cosmetic result for the digital reconstruction.
