摘要
利用多弧离子镀膜技术在口腔修复材料——钛合金(Ti6Al4V)表面制备TiN薄膜。分析表面镀膜组织结构,探讨钛合金基材及表面镀层的抗细菌粘附性能。结果表明,钛合金TiN膜层具有明显的(111)晶面择优取向;与处理前相比,TiN膜层可以显著减少变形链球菌在改性钛合金表面的粘附。
TiN coating was formed on titanium alloy (Ti6A14V) surface by employing multi-arc ion plating, which is used as dental prosthetic material. The structure and anti-bacterial adhesion property of the coating and substrate was investigated and analyzed respectively, The results show that TiN coating was built up mainly by pure TiN phase with 〈111〉 preferred orientation, compared with the untreated sample, TiN coating can reduce the bacterial adhesion on titanium alloy surface significantly.
