湖州市笋竹资源开发利用研究

UTILIZATION AND EXPLOITATION OF THE BAMBOO SHOOTS RESOURCE IN HUZHOU, ZHEJIANG PROVINCE

简要论述了湖州市笋竹资源的特征和开发潜力，对笋竹资源开发现状予以评价，并对合理开发与保护。

Huzhou area is abundant in bamboo shoots resource. As bamboo shoots resource of Hu-zhou area holds an essential position in bamboo resource of southern China, broadscale exploitation of the shoots resource is feasible in quality and its richness in bamboo species. However, the current economic benefit of resource exploitation is not high and the quality of products is poor because of serious waste in exploitation and low utilization rate. To speed up the study on bamboo shoots resource exploitation, to develop new shoots products and to improve bamboo shoots utilization value for the sustainable development of this resource are problems awaiting to be resolved urgently.
