摘要 本文采用选择抑制剂技术,对法国罗斯科弗(Roscoff)近岸表层水中聚球藻Synechococcus spp.被异养微型浮游生物的摄食率进行了研究。实验表明,近岸表层水中聚球藻细胞生长系数(K)和被摄食系数(G)基本相当,分别为0.18~0.66 d^(-1)和0.09~0.98 d^(-1),呈动态平衡。结果显示两个特点:1.表层海水中聚球藻被摄食率呈昼夜变化,白天被摄食率高,夜间被摄食率低;2.海水中聚球藻细胞浓度(10~3个/cm^3)低于Landary等报道的摄食界限(60×10~3个/cm^3)一个数量级,仍有摄食现象发生。 In this paper, it is described that using selective inhibitor techniques for estimating the grazing rate by heterotrophic nanoplankton on Synechococcus spp. in the coastal surface water in Roscoff, France (March, 1987) The results show that growth coefficient AT(d-1) and grazing coefficient G(d-1) of cell is approximately equivalent for Synechococcus spp. in the coastal surface water.Growth coefficient K ranged from 0.18 to 0.66d-1 grazing coefficient G (d-1)ranged from 0.09 to 0.98d-1.Two characters were present: (1) The grazing rate during the day is higher than that during the night; (2) Although in our experiment the concentration of Synechococcus spp.is much lower than that of grazing threshold which was reported by Landry et at., the grazing phenomenon still occured.
