摘要
应用计算机数字视频技术与倒置相差显微镜及显微CO2培养系统,自行设计组建了计算机显微缩时电影系统。该系统资金投入低,构建简单,使用方便,能获得高分辨率全屏数字视频图像,并且记录时间长、容量大、成本低,同时能实现数据资料的快速处理、动态分析。较传统的胶片记录式显微缩时电影及磁带记录式缩时视频录像机具有更多的优点,可用于显微观察对象的连续动态跟踪记录研究。
Objective:We design and establish Computerized Time-lapse Microcinematography System by ourselves by applying computer digital video image processing technology, inverted phase contrast microscope and micro-CO2 culturing system, which has low investment and simple structure, easy for use, and can get full-screen digital visual image with high resolution, moreover, it has long recording time, large volume, low cost; meanwhile, it can realize quick--dealing and dynamic analysis on data. Compared with traditional film--recording time--lapse microcinematography and tape--recording time--lapse video corder, it has more good points, it can be used in continual dynamic tracing, record and research to the object observed under microscope.
