摘要
目的:观察实验性大鼠骨折愈合过程中的细胞超微结构改变,探讨和胃接骨胶囊促进骨折愈合的机理。方法:取8月龄SD大鼠60只,体重230±20g,造成左侧尺桡骨标准骨折模型,随机分为生理盐水组、麝香接骨丹组、和胃接骨胶囊组。于造模成功后1、2、4、6w各组分别处死5只大鼠,取1mm3骨痂组织,脱钙后进行透射电镜观察。结果:各个时期和胃接骨胶囊组在骨生成细胞的数量、活跃程度、胶原纤维的数量及分布、毛细血管的数量等方面均优于其它两组,而麝香接骨丹组又优于生理盐水组;且和胃接骨胶囊组达到骨性骨痂愈合期早于其他两组。结论:和胃接骨胶囊具有增加骨量加速骨折愈合的作用。
Objective:To observe the ultrastructural alteration and healing characteristics of experimental bone fracture,explore the mechanism of the He-Wei-Jie-Gu capsule healing bone fracture. Methods: Sixty SD rats of 14 to 16 weeks old, Which had the weight of 210 to 250 g, were established to the experimental models which operate the radius fractures of forearm. And then,This rats were divided into experiment group, positive group and Physiological saline group by random. The callus of each rat was examined by transmission electron microscopy in 1,2,4 and 6 weeks postoperatively. Results: He -Wei-Jie-Gu capsule group are better than other groups in the quantity of generated cells in bone, the degree of active, the number and distribution of collagen, the quantity of Blood vessels, etc. The She-Xiang-Jie-Gu pill group are better than Physiological saline group. And the He-Wei-Jie-Gu capsule group are earlier than other two groups Achieve bone fracture healing. Conclusion: He-wei-Jie-Gu capsule has an obvious promoting effect of bone fracture healing.
