民信局的取缔与邮政的近代化

新式邮政出现后,由于民营通信机构的存在妨碍了邮权的统一,邮政官局采取了多种措施控制、排挤和取缔民信局。在这一过程中,邮政官局吸取民信局的长处,针对民信局的弱点,在资费调整、业务兴革、提高工作效率等方面均有所改进,推动了邮政的近代化进程。

Because the existence of civil communication organization hinders the union of postal rights after appearance of new postal service, the postal administration takes many measures to control, expel and suppress civil postal office. In this process, postal administration extracts the advantages of civil postal office and aims at its disadvantages, making some adjustments on its fee, business and work efficiency, which promotes the modernization of postal service.
