Superficial Discussion on How to Control the Cost of Projection

本文探讨了我国工程造价管理工作的现状,针对如何适应社会主义市场经济体制和建设项目全过程工程管理的需要、合理确定和有效控制建设工程造价、提高工程造价编制水平以及如何反映工程的实际造价等问题,通过总结实践经验,提出了自己的体会和建议。

This paper presents the actuality of the management of the project＇s cost in our cou advice by summarizing her own practice and knowledge, aiming at the questions on how to ntry. The author puts out her own adapt the needs of the system of socialist market economy and the management of the whole course of the building item, how to reasonably confirm and effectively control the projection cost, how to improve the authorized projection budget＇s level and how to reflect the real cost of the projection.
