摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定枳壳饮片中柚皮苷定量分析方法。方法:色谱柱:Lichrospher ODS C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(40:60),检测波长:283nm,流速:1.0mL·min^-1,柱温为室温。结果:在上述色谱条件下,柚皮苷对照品进样量在16.7—100.2μg·mL。内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999。对照品和样品精密度试验的RSD分别为0.38%和0.65%(n=5)。对照品和样品稳定性试验的RSD分别为0.28%和0.37%(n=5)。重复性试验RSD为0.31%(n=5)。平均回收率为99.08%,RSD为1.37%(n=5)。结论:该测定方法简便易行,结果准确,重复性好,可用于测定枳壳饮片中柚皮苷的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of naringin in fructus aurantii praeparata. Methods: Chromatographic column: Lichrospher ODS CIS (4. 6mm ×250mm, 5μm) was used, the mobile phase was Methanol - water (40:60), the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1, the wavelength of detector was 283nm, the column temperature was room temperature. Results: Under the chromatographic conditions, in the range of 16. 7 - 100. 2μg·mL^-1, the injection of naringin and its peak area were in good line (r =0. 999 9) ; the RSD of control substance and testing substance in precision test were 0. 38% and 0. 65% (n =5) , the RSD of control substance and testing substance in stability test were 0. 28% and 0. 37% (n =5), the RSD of reproducibility test was 0. 31% (n =5) ; the average recovery was 99.08% and its RSD was 1.37% ( n =5) . Conclusion: The method was accurate and with good reproducibility, which can be used as a quantitative analysis method for naringin in fructus aurantii praeparata.
